Navigating the CRC Course Environment

Welcome to this online course on the Citizen Report Card! Please navigate through the course by making a selection in the left bar or by using the forward/backward arrows in the top right corner.

Overview

To add to the primary learning content, additional information is available in the form of examples and tips. The types of extra information and their associated icons are described below.

 In the right corner of many course pages, there are icons that denote the presence of  additional information. On every course page there is a print icon; select the icon if you wish to print the content of the page.

Governments, civil society organizations (CSOs) and independent consortiums will be the primary users of the course. Development agencies may also use the course to assist local institutions implement a CRC. "Tips," which can be found throughout the course, provide specialized information for each user type.

At any time, you can match the left bar with your location in the course by selecting "sync toc," which is the first item on the left bar. By selecting this feature, all other open folders in the left bar will be closed.
